Cathy Bormann of HomeStyles Staging and Redesign joined us for the Real Estate with RE/MAX Show. Cathy Bormann is a home staging expert.

A small town girl, graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a big passion. She has always been intrigued how much design and color can affect a space.

As a NRI Certified Redesigner and Stager she able to work with frustrated homeowners by providing them with affordable rearrangements using their existing furnishings to create beautiful and functional living spaces.

The love of color, texture, and design enable her to create liveable rooms with the “wow factor” that leaves a memorable impression. Creativity is nothing that she has ever been afraid of, she has excelled at finding ways to make something look new.

Cathy is doing what she loves to do, which is a luxury that few people seem to enjoy these days. Cathy feels honored that people invite me into their homes and allow her to share her enthusiasm for design with them. When homeowners first see their “new” space after a project is complete, that single moment is what makes it magical.

Cathy is involved with many nonprofits and networking groups in the Des Moines metro area, She believes in giving back and helping the community grow.
